Upload SEB

Instead of building a configuration on the server from scratch, you can upload a pre-built SEB configuration file (.seb) directly.

Uploading

1. Go to Administration → Safe Exam Browser → Upload SEB
2. Select the .seb file
3. Submit

Result

A SEB configuration is created from the uploaded file and can be attached to exams like any other configuration.

When to use this

Use Upload SEB when an exam requires a SEB setup built outside SES (for example a configuration prepared by an exam-support team). Otherwise prefer server-side SEB configurations.
